Contractors were very courteous when they arrived and apologised for being a few minutes late due to traffic. They worked efficiently and quickly to load up the lorry with the items to be removed. The area where the items were stacked was left spotless as they swept and brushed up any scraps left behind before they left. From talking on the phone, to obtaining a quote, to making the payment, the process was smooth and stress-free. Very helpful and friendly office staff who were more than happy to accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend Call2Collect Clearance.

Following initial phone contact, JLWC visited the site (my daughter's house) the same day and gave a quote. Having consulted with my daughter, I accepted the quote on her behalf and agreed a day and start time for the work to be done. On the day JLWC arrived on site well on time and carried out the work effectively and efficiently and with good humour. They completed and left the site tidy - a good job well done.

Sterling job done by Call2Collect Clearance. They dismantled and cleared: a old rotten garden shed and its contents, an old fence panel, an old wooden door and general garden waste. The job was carried out cleanly and quickly. Would highly recommend.

Very impressed after calling the office, they managed to fit in a same service around other work to fit in with my needs. The two men arrived on time, and worked tirelessly and efficiently to get the job completed in just 1 hour. The job was completed thoroughly, and cleaned up after themselves. They also invited me to check that I was happy with the work before leaving. Would recommend to others and use again if / when required.

Very pleased with the service from start to finish. I called and arranged for Julie to come and have a look at what I needed to be taken away and to give me a quote. She provided me with a verbal quote and booked the work in for today at 9am. The guys arrived at exactly 9am they were very polite, they got on with the job in hand it was quite tricky as they had to reverse their lorry down a very small alleyway but didn't complain at all. Very polite and reliable service. Removed everything we agreed and even swept up in the utility area where the cupboards were removed. Covered and protected my floors, which was very much appreciated. Would definitely use again!
