Contractors were very courteous when they arrived and apologised for being a few minutes late due to traffic. They worked efficiently and quickly to load up the lorry with the items to be removed. The area where the items were stacked was left spotless as they swept and brushed up any scraps left behind before they left. From talking on the phone, to obtaining a quote, to making the payment, the process was smooth and stress-free.
